Analyst - FC Change Management/6-12 Months Contract

Our Client is one of the world’s leading financial services group provides its clients with investment banking, private banking and asset management service worldwide. They have an immediate hiring need for Analyst – FC Change Management (6-12 Months Contract). The candidate will be working in the Asia Financial Control Projects Team to support Global Regulatory Reporting projects for Asia Pacific Financial Control with current and future Change initiatives.

Main Duties:-

Produce and monitor progress against detailed project plansWorking with IT / Users to identify solutionsImplementation tasks including UAT and ensuring transition to BAU is successful and sustainableProject status reporting to stakeholdersDevelop various project deliverables, including initiation, requirements, testing and business process documentationReview and document existing processes and develop target operating models encompassing preparation of all associated business requirements/specifications in order to achieve such a model

Requirements:-

3 - 5 years experience in banking or finance, preferably in regulatory or statutory reportingProject and change managementProcess re-engineering and implementing tactical and strategic solutionsDetail oriented and meticulousExcellent communication skills
