Roles & Responsibilities
He/She is expected to deliver on the specific tasks and requirements of the Client Audit Confirmations team. These tasks will include the following functions:
Process Audit Confirmation requests that are assigned.Ensure that Audit requests, queries and issues sent to the team (from both internal and external clients) are actioned accurately and timely (withinSLA) in accordance with stated policies.Answer to hotline calls from Clients/Auditors/Internal employees during the assigned slot.Follow 100% compliance to Process related Policies, Guidelines and Controls.Interact with offshore teams and track daily requests and produce robust MIS for management EOD.Work on improving the process through process re-engineering by participating in Process excellence initiatives of the teamEscalate quickly any issues from either clients or their auditorsRequirements
Minimum GraduatePrevious audit confirmations experience preferredMust have customer service focus and emphasis on delivering timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.Good communication skills.Willing to work on a contract basis up to 9 months periodSuitable applicants kindly forward a copy of your resume to jasmine.tham@adecco.com
