Overview
Main responsibility is to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of master data in Product Costing Project (PCP), within and outside of costing system, Facton. In addition, the candidate is a key leader in ensuring the monthly PCP cycle progress smoothly and in accordance with monthly timetable. The candidate will also participate in identifying areas of improvement in both business process, costing system as well as fulfilling the product cost reporting function.
 

This is what we need you to do…..You will be responsible for inputting, uploading, maintaining, checking of submitted information within and outside of Facton. This involves checking across other systems such as PLM, NPDBe knowledgeable and take on leadership and ownership of the PCP monthly cycle. You will supervise, monitor and coordinate the progress of the PCP monthly cycle to ensure it adheres to timetables and procedures. You will also perform logical and consistency checks on the data submitted and liaise with the appropriate parties if there are any issues and take appropriate corrective actionsLiaise and work closely with category managers and PSAs to ensure all pricing data are submitted and/or uploaded timely every monthAct as first point of contact for Procurement team and PSAs with regards to any Facton issues. Resolve and escalate to Facton Technical Support if necessary, in a timely mannerEnsure that all stakeholders’ reports are produced in a timely and accurate manner. This also includes  designing and testing new report requirementsUpdate PCP documentation on a regular basis to reflect the current processesOther Duties as required by Business Process Manager, Commercial Finance Manager, Financial AnalystOther Duties as required to cover colleagues’ absenceAssist with identifying areas of improvement in PCP related business processes and costing systems with the aim of improving efficiency and effectivenessAssist with development of analytical business models for internal product cost reportingTake on a supportive role with liaising with Procurement team and PSAs with regards to change in business process
