Financial Controller

A public listed Real Estate giant with more than 30years of establishment, with roots across Asia, our client is looking for suitable individuals in line with strategic expansion plans.

Responsibilities

Manage the accounts, finance & HR departmentsDevelop business plans and financial forecast and consequently monitoring financial performance of the groupDevelop and implements internal control policies and procedures for the groupDevelop and maintains corporate governance for the groupResponsible for the management of relationships with shareholders, financial institutions and analystsResponsible for treasury functions of the groupResponsible for all spectrum of tax compliance and income tax planning for the group companiesResponsible for merger and acquisitions, including financial due diligence and negotiationResponsible for Enterprise Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
 

Requirements

Degree in Accountancy or CPA CertifiedMin 10yrs of solid experience in finance/audit with 5yrs in Public Listed CompaniesExcellent knowledge in ASX Listing manualBilingual to liase with mandarin speaking associatesStrong analytical skills and problem solving skills
