Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Head of department and teamManages regular and ad-hoc reportsCoordinate and liaise with various personnel Involve in the production of reports and powerpoint presentativeAssist in event management, regional large scale amrket and client events to support marketing initiativesSchedule, organize and coordinate internal and external meetings/conference calls/eventsHandle various admin duties and assignmentsArrange all travel and hotel arrangementsPrepare research material for presentations (internal/external)Handle travel and entertainment claimsMonitors and controls regular reportsBudget control, client invoicing and expenses reportingCompliance documentation, due diligence checks and reportingOther ad hoc assisgnment as and when assigned ??Job Requirements
At least 6 years of secretarial and administrative experience in Banking or Financial InstitutionsAblility to multi-taskGood knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerpointExecellent communication skills in EnglishExperience in big scale events or seminars overseas will be an advantage Pleasant looking and personalityGood team playerApplication Procedures
