 Job Duties

To originate, develop and promote new retail bank products to cater to the needs of the market

Leading a team to achieve business objectives set of a quaterly basis

Manage a sustainable stream of revenue and sales volume

Scale up revenue from current suite of existing products

Maintaining relationships with Key Accounts and cross functional departments

Monitoring sales targets, conceptualizing & implementing competent strategies in coordination with the branch and the sales team with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for a wide range of financial products & services

Generating of management reports and leading of cross functional projects

Job requirements?

Minimum Degree in related field of studies (Business or Finance related)At least 4-6 years of product management/development experience in retail banking preferredSales and customer service orientedComfortable with leading a team to achieve targetsOnly Singaporeans or Singapore PR need to applyGood communication skills
