Job Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with regulations, industry and company guidelinesAssess the potential impact of these changes on company’s processesAdvise Management in all areas of complianceDirect the development or implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures, and ensure that they are effectively communicatedAssess product, compliance, operational or other related risks, and develop risk management strategiesDesign and implement improvements in communication, monitoring, and enforcement of compliance standards, controls and preventive actionsAssist in Audits/reviews, Compliance training , AML  monitoring and reviews and Complaints Handling and Investigation

Job Requirements

Degree in Banking and Finance/Accountancy related disciplinesSelf starter, highly independent and excellent communication skillsProficient in MS Office SuiteAble to commence work immediately or within short notice
