Admin and Accounts ExecutiveThe Admin and Accounts Executive has the primary responsibility for managing and maintaining the administrative matters of SRO. This post suits a person with meticulous attention to detail with strong writing skills and background with accounting processes.
The candidate should possess at least a diploma in a relevant field. The candidate should also be able to work standard office hours in a small office environment with the following main functions:
Preparation and compilation of administrative documents, minutes, company files Managing calendar schedules and appointment reminders to the executive directorAttending to phone calls and public enquiries during office hoursResponding and channelling feedback through the general office email Managing of the company account, monthly payroll and archiving of all transactionsLiaising with government and partner agencies for reimbursementsRequirements
