Assistant Group Manager - Consolidation ResponsibilitiesBe part of the group financial reporting team responsible for monthly group reporting, group results announcement preparation, quarterly performance reviews, annual budgeting and preparation of audited financial statements Responsible for the review and update of Group Accounting Polices and implementation with the subsidiariesRequirements:Degree in Accounting or ACCA or CPA or with relevant studies from recognized University. Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance Accounting, especially with experience with Group legal consolidation and reporting. Strong technical skills with good understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (FRS) Hands-on experience with Cognos or any other similar financial or consolidation software is a plus. Good communicator with good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical skills, meticulous with an eye for details. Independent, diligent, analytical and self-motivatedFluency in English & Mandarin (verbal and written) to communicate with Chinese counterparts.
