Regional Senior Finance Manager(Business Partner) Job Responsibilities:Contribute as a business partner by leading and designing the effective and consistent delivery of leadership and accountability for day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department that enhance the company’s mission, purpose and core values.As a partner of the business, the Regional Finance Business Partner will align the Accounting platform delivery model in support of strategic business plans. Establish, develop and build best practices for sales & marketing processes – Understand the sales & marketing processes and focus on establishing sales and marketing best practices across the region to drive business efficiency and effectiveness. Drive change activity including process improvements by ensuring maximum efficiency and that sound internal controls are in place.Collaborate with regional TM to recommend right structure and process for subsidiary Sales Finance to deliver KPIs: Profitability goals Sales Portfolio Mix Trade and Marketing Spend Optimisation,Account ReceivablesCompliance rateAgency Fee management in collaboration with Global MarketingShare best practice templates/process constantly for fast re-application (e.g. Sales Finance involvement in JBP process)Business Partner with the subsidiaries’ operational heads of the business and provide financial evaluations and analysis - Act as a regional financial business partner to marketing and sales teams by providing high quality financial input and recommendations to the business decision making process. In addition, advise on key business planning assumptions, tradeoffs and opportunities.Deliver joint financial KPI (profitability, sales, portfolio mix) needs of company and Top XX% distributors/ direct dealers in regionDeliver regional Trade Spend Optimization via Hands on reviews of annual/ quarterly front and back margin plan, with right internal and external benchmarksSharing of best ROI promotion executions with easy to reapply templates, focusing on non-pricing activitiesright pricing & promotion strategy to win in marketplaceFinancial steward to ensure all subsidiaries comply with all internal control processBenchmark Media spends vs. competition and ensure competitive rates;Achieve regional account receivables KPIProvide strategic insights based on industry and macro-economic regional trends and competitor dynamics - Examine operational performance and bring new perspectives by highlighting key financial trends across the region to Management. Introduce benchmarks consulting techniques and frame discussions using structured methodologies to ensure rigor in evaluating options.Requirements:Experience working in large organizations and regional experience is preferredIndependent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsPossess a degree preferably in business with at least 10 years of relevant experiencePosses tenacity & the passion to succeed
