They are looking for a Senior Pricing Manager to be based in either Singapore or Malaysia.
Team lead for Asia Pricing team on pricing management and defining strategiesFormulation of pricing strategies throughout the product life cycle and working closely with product line managers and country commercials leaders to define growth and development of their businessManage monthly product profitability, review and evaluate special pricing request at strategic level to ensure margin and mix in close co-operation with country commercial managers.Execution of P&L analysis, financial modeling and providing insights and market intelligence on pricing trends and making sound recommendationsConduct regular product line reviews with the strategic partners and monitoring of product manufacturing variable cost and commodity material trends.Be the key driver in presentation pitch for global monthly operating review and quarterly meetingsWorking closely with global tax transfer teams and finance teams in various regions to ensure consistency in processes and policiesKey Requirements:Degree Qualified and/or with MBAAt least 12 years of relevant pricing experience in either commercial finance, product management or marketing environment from an MNC backgroundStrong commercial acumen and with in-depth understanding of pricing and its mechanisms across global entitiesStrong partnership and leadership skills with demonstration of ability to lead, coach and develop direct reports and across entitiesAdaptable to changes and a self-starter with a keen demonstration of negotiation skillsAnalytical skills and the ability work both with strategic issues and detailsCandidates based in Malaysia are welcome to apply.Please contact Madeline Goh at Madeline@rgf-hragent.asia with a copy of your resume in Word Format.
